Scholarship

The Abington Police Athletic/Activities League is interested in providing scholarship assistance to any registered PAL member in good standing who is currently in their senior year in high school and plans to further their education. The applicant must have been a member of PAL for at least one (1) year and attended PAL activities at least two (2) times per month. Proof of acceptance to a college or technical school is required to receive the award.

A single one time scholarship of $250 will be awarded.  Applications must be submitted to a Site Manager. The Site Manger will meet with the staff and volunteers to discuss the applications. The Activities Committee will review applications submitted by the Site Managers and select one member for the scholarship award. Application deadline is May 1st.  Awardees will be notified by mail and/or the Site Manger.
